Description:

The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for managing the Group’s relationship with existing shareholders and institutional stakeholders.


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing shareholders and institutional stakeholders
  • Coordinate investor meetings, updates, and briefings with senior management
  • Respond to investor inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Support the communication of the Group’s strategy, business model, and long-term direction
  • Ensure consistency between management messaging, board discussions, and investor communications
  • Assist senior management in preparing materials for shareholder and board-level discussions
  • Prepare periodic investor updates, briefing notes, and performance summaries
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational information
  • Maintain investor presentations and reference materials
  • Support the development and application of appropriate disclosure and information-sharing practices
  • Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure communications are aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with shareholder reporting and governance-related communications
  • Monitor market trends, peer activity, and institutional investor expectations
  • Provide management with relevant insights on industry developments and comparable companies

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, strategy, or a related role
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, or regulated industries preferred
  • Prior exposure to board-level or shareholder communications is required
