Note: - Tender documents will be issued upon written request submitted on the bidder’s official company letterhead upon payment of a tender document fee of PKR 1,000/- applicable for all LOTs.

- The Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at the above-mentioned address on March 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM to address any clarifications or questions regarding the drawings and BOQs.
- Bid Submission Deadline: March 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM
Bid Opening: Same day at 11:15 AM at Pak Mission Society Head Office.
- CDR Submission: At the time of bid submission, bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2.5% of the total quoted bid value as bid security in favor of Pak Mission Society (NTN # 3673174).
- Rejection of Documents: Incomplete bid submissions or bids without the required CDR will be rejected.
Pak Mission Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
