Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking IP Litigation Attorney for Intellectual Property Litigation in Chicago, ILAn established firm based in Chicago with over 100 years in practice is seeking an IP Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with intellectual property litigation , including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in complex litigation matters.  Offer:
Salary range: $150,000-$200,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
The candidate must be admitted to the Illinois Bar and in good standing.
The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent and trademark disputes.
The candidate must possess strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.  Responsibilities:
The attorney will represent clients in all phases of IP litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
The attorney will draft and argue motions, prepare briefs, and conduct depositions.
The attorney will collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies and provide risk assessments.
The attorney will work closely with partners and other team members to ensure high-quality representation.
The attorney will maintain compliance with firm billing and reporting requirements.
