IP Pre-Sales Engineer

Pakistan's largest Telecom Company's IP Pre-Sales Team is expanding and we are looking for talented IP Pre-Sales Engineers to join our team in Karachi.

This role focuses on IP network solution design, technical support, and customer engagement, working closely with sales and delivery teams to build competitive and scalable solutions for telecom and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for IP network solutions (Routing, Switching, Security, etc.)
• Understand customer requirements and design end-to-end IP network solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and solution documentation
• Support POC, bidding, and technical clarifications throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution competitiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IP networking, pre-sales, or solution design
• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, etc.)
• Basic understanding of network security concepts
• Familiarity with Huawei, Cisco, or Juniper products preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
• Fluent English (Urdu/Chinese is a plus)
