Job Description – IP / NOC Roles

Role Overview:
Responsible for handling advanced IP troubleshooting and network support in a large-scale NOC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Multicast, QoS.
• Audit the network for repeat issues and ensure corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for resolution of major incidents.
• Ensure minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and RCA analysis.
• Support automation/digitization initiatives for efficient service management.

Required Skills:

• Strong IP expertise with advanced NOC troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, QoS, Transport, Mobility, ISP networks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
