Job Position: Team Lead – Technical & Presales
Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (fixed)
Experience: 5years & above in Core networking – Active & Passive, ELV works & design, Surveillance & Access control solutions, Server & Storage, Computer Hardware etc..

Role Summary

The Team Lead has to work on all our ELV and solution related projects. He should involve in Site visits, Solution designs, presentation & demos, BOQ preparation, Integration support and give assistance & support the project & technical teams through successful handover and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements; conduct site surveys and feasibility studies.
• Design end-to-end solutions for Core Networking & ELV projects such as Active & Passive Networking, Access control, Surveillance System, PA System, Intercom System, Server/Storage, Computer/Laptop, Printer and Biometric solutions.
• Prepare BOQ/BOM, drawings/schematics, and compliance matrices for proposals/tenders.
• Should have a core hands-on experience in design software such as AutoCAD or similar to draw the design and solution diagram.
• Deliver product demos/PoCs; present technical solutions and value propositions.
• Support project planning, and risk tracking; guide installation & commissioning teams.
• Review and approve as-built documentation; ensure quality, safety, and standards.
• Train and mentor the technical team; provide L2/L3 escalation support.
• Maintain presales pipeline, hit win-rate targets, and ensure timely handover to delivery.
• Willingness to travel to different project locations as per business/project requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Networking, ELV systems, Surveillance and Biometric & Access solutions, Intercom, Home Automation works etc.
• Strong IP networking fundamentals: VPN, VLANs, Routing basics, PoE, fiber, SFPs, bandwidth calculations, Network Passive Termination.
• Proven presales experience: solutioning, BOQ, proposal writing, tender/RFP response.
• Working knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Visio/AutoCAD (basic) or similar are preferred.
• Excellent client communication (English); Malayalam/Hindi a plus.
• Ability to lead and support project & technical teams under tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
