Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee offboarding processes including exit formalities and final settlements.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and filing systems accurately.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare contracts, letters, and other legal documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external authorities.
- Support audits, and compliance-related documentation.
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA / MBA (HR preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, legal compliance, and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InPage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Females are preferred.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
