IR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee offboarding processes including exit formalities and final settlements.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and filing systems accurately.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and other legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external authorities.
  • Support audits, and compliance-related documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA / MBA (HR preferred).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, legal compliance, and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InPage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Females are preferred.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
