Role Overview

The Education Counselor for Ireland & Germany will guide students through the complete admissions process for universities in both countries. The role requires strong knowledge of international education systems, student counseling experience, and the ability to manage applications from inquiry to visa stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed and accurate counseling to students regarding study options in Ireland and Germany.
  • Assess students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses and universities.
  • Manage the complete application process including documentation, university portals, and follow-ups.
  • Guide students on tuition fees, scholarships, accommodation options, and part-time work rules in Ireland and Germany.
  • Stay updated with admission criteria, deadlines, visa policies, and post-study work opportunities for both countries.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and information sessions for student awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and representatives.
  • Ensure timely communication with students through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and applications in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets set by management.
  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and social media initiatives related to Ireland & Germany.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, International Relations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in student counseling or international education consulting (Ireland/Germany experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Irish and German education systems, university requirements, and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling university applications for Ireland and Germany.
  • Knowledge of German study pathways, blocked accounts, APS, and language requirements.
  • Ability to speak basic German (optional but an advantage).
  • Strong presentation and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
