We are looking for energetic and well groomed personality for this position. The Role is for Junior Position having completed graduation in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Masters in English, Journalisum or Media & Marketing. Experienced information Office or Admission Officers are appreciate to apply.

Role Overview

To provide accurate information to prospective students and parents, manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with admission inquiries, and ensure effective communication between students and the institution.

Responsibilities

1. Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to admissions and general inquiries.

2. Provide complete and accurate information about courses, fee structure, schedules, and admission procedures.

3. Attend and guide walk-in visitors and ensure a positive experience.

4. Work on daily calling leads and follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions.

5. Maintain inquiry and call data in Excel sheets.

6. Coordinate closely with the Admission Counselor and Marketing Team.

7. Respond to social media, website, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.

8. Contribute to institutional branding and positive communication.

9. Participate in admission campaigns, outreach, and follow-up activities.

10. Prepare and submit daily or weekly calling reports to the line manager.

Qualification:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in BBA, Mass Communication, Education, or Marketing)

Experience:

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in an Education Institute, Call Center, or Admission Department

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
