Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an excellent overall experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and offering solutions
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
