Ironclad CLM Developer Intern - Summer 2026

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

There is only one Data Cloud. Snowflake’s founders started from scratch and designed a data platform built for the cloud that is effective, affordable, and accessible to all data users. But it didn’t stop there. They engineered Snowflake to power the Data Cloud, where thousands of organizations unlock the value of their data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. This is our vision: a world with endless insights to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today and reveal the possibilities of tomorrow.

We’re looking for dedicated students who share our passion for ground-breaking technology and want to create a lasting future for you and Snowflake. Snowflake is seeking an intern as an Ironclad CLM Developer to join our Enterprise Technology (ET) organization. This role is designed for a technical early career developer who is eager to specialize in the intersection of Legal, Sales, and Procurement technology. You will help build a seamless, automated contracting experience by supporting two primary integration streams: Sell-side (Ironclad + Salesforce) and Buy-side (Ironclad + Zip).

This is an excellent opportunity to gain deep, hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms (Ironclad, Zip, Salesforce, and Snowflake) within a world-class ET organization.

WHAT WE OFFER :

  • Paid, full-time internships in the heart of the software industry

  • Post-internship career opportunities (full-time and/or additional internships)

  • Exposure to a fast-paced, fun and inclusive culture

  • A chance to work with world-class experts on challenging projects

  • Opportunity to provide meaningful contributions to a real system used by customers

  • High level of access to supervisors (manager and mentor), detailed direction without micromanagement, feedback throughout your internship, and a final evaluation

WHAT WE EXPECT :

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship

  • Desired Class Level: Pursuing a Bachelors/Masters degree

  • Integration Experience: Supporting, Developing and Managing:

    • Ironclad + Salesforce: (Mapping objects, triggering workflows, and syncing signed PDFs).

    • Ironclad + Zip: (Handling procurement intake metadata and cross-platform status syncing).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JSON, document tagging, with an understanding of complex conditional logic.

  • Salesforce Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Salesforce Data Model, specifically how it interacts with third party platforms via installed packages.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / GAIN :

  • End-to-End Workflow: Build and configure Ironclad workflows that serve both the Sales organization (Sell-side) and Procurement/Legal (Buy-side).

  • Sales Integration (Sell-Side): Configure and optimize the Ironclad Connect Salesforce integration, ensuring Sales reps can launch and track contracts directly from Salesforce CPQ/Opportunities.

  • Procurement Integration (Buy-Side): Configure and maintain the Zip-to-Ironclad integration, ensuring that procurement intake, vendor risk, and spend approvals flow accurately into Ironclad for agreement generation and legal review.

  • Data Orchestration: Ensure consistent metadata mapping across Zip, Ironclad, and Salesforce to maintain a "Single Source of Truth" for contract data.

  • Integration Specialist: Configure and utilize Ironclad’s data sync features, focusing on the reliable execution of webhooks and API-driven automation between our core platforms.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Sales Ops, Legal Ops, and Procurement to translate business requirements into automated, user-friendly document templates and workflows.

  • Environment & Release Management: Oversee sandbox testing and production deployments, ensuring that updates to Salesforce or Zip do not disrupt the CLM lifecycle.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear architectural diagrams (LucidChart/Visio) and technical requirements for all Buy-side and Sell-side automations.
