Steel It, LLC is hiring experienced Ironworkers who can perform in the field without constant supervision. We are looking for people who can install steel correctly, work safely, communicate with the crew, and take pride in clean, quality work.

This role is for someone who knows field steel work and wants to be part of a company that expects accountability, backs strong performers, and develops its own leaders.

We are not just hiring for one large project. We are building long-term crew capacity for consistent work, strong standards, and continued growth.

What you will do

• Erect, connect, align, and install structural steel
• Read erection drawings and execute work to plan
• Perform bolt-up, fit-up, rigging, field modification, and field fabrication
• Perform field welding as required
• Work safely from lifts, ladders, and structural steel
• Use tools and equipment productively and correctly
• Support clean punch work, safe jobsite execution, and professional crew conduct
• Coordinate with foremen and field leadership to keep work moving in sequence

What we need from you

• Experience in structural steel erection
• Ability to read erection drawings and work from layout information
• Ability to perform 3G and 4G stick welding
• Safe work habits and strong field awareness
• Dependable attendance and follow-through
• Ability to work at heights and in active jobsite conditions
• Ability to communicate clearly with field leadership and crew members
• OSHA 10, rigging, lift, or telehandler experience is a plus
