Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher for our Rebar Steel Cut & Bend factory. The candidate must have prior knowledge of steel processing operations and dispatch coordination. The role involves planning and coordinating daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of cut and bent steel to construction sites.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch of cut and bent steel materials.
• Prepare delivery schedules based on production completion and site requirements.
• Coordinate with production, yard team, and drivers to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Verify bar bending schedules (BBS) and dispatch quantities before loading.
• Monitor truck movements and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.
• Prepare dispatch documents, delivery notes, and maintain dispatch records.
• Ensure proper loading of rebar bundles according to site requirements.
• Communicate with site supervisors regarding delivery timings and materials.
• Handle shift handovers and maintain dispatch reports.
• Follow safety procedures during loading and dispatch operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Rebar Steel Cut & Bend industry is mandatory.
• Knowledge of rebar sizes, bundles, and bar bending schedules (BBS).
• Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge for dispatch documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Salary: AED 2000 – AED 3000 (based on experience)
