• Hydrology & hydraulics – understanding water flow, groundwater, and distribution.
• Soil science & agronomy – relation between soil, water, and crop growth.
• Irrigation methods – drip, sprinkler, surface, and subsurface systems.
• Water resource management – efficient and sustainable use of water.
• Pumping systems & fluid mechanics – to design and size pumps, pipelines, and storage tanks.
