Irrigation Engineer (Short-Term Contract)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Engineer on a short-term project basis to oversee and manage irrigation systems for landscape and infrastructure projects. The candidate will ensure designs are implemented efficiently, systems operate properly, and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise irrigation systems for landscape and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Monitor and verify the work of contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Test irrigation systems, adjust layouts, and troubleshoot issues.
• Review project drawings and irrigation plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with project managers, landscape engineers, and site teams.
• Maintain documentation, including reports, as-built drawings, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Irrigation, Civil, or Agricultural Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in irrigation system design and execution.
• Experience in landscape, green spaces, and infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, irrigation software, and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently on short-term projects.

Contract Duration: Short-term project-based employment.
