Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is hiring an Irrigation Inspector to support the supervision of landscape and irrigation projects in Dubai. The role involves performing detailed site inspections, monitoring construction quality, and ensuring compliance with all approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. The successful candidate will oversee installation works, maintain accurate records, and support project delivery to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Inspect site conditions and verify suitability for the designed landscape and irrigation works.
* Conduct ongoing inspections of irrigation and landscaping activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
* Oversee construction and temporary works to ensure adherence to approved methods and contractual requirements.
* Identify and document non-conforming works, prepare inspection reports, and recommend corrective measures.
* Maintain daily site records, including inspection logs, activity reports, and progress documentation.
* Support the preparation of as-built drawings and final handover documents.
* Perform inspections of completed works, develop snag lists, and coordinate close-out procedures.
* Provide practical advice on construction methods and technical solutions during execution.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the supervision team to resolve on-site issues.
* Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Ideal Profile

* Diploma or degree in Landscaping, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related construction discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision of irrigation, landscaping, and infrastructure projects.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
* Strong understanding of irrigation network design, installation, and commissioning processes.
* Skilled in maintaining inspection and project documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Previous experience in Dubai-based irrigation projects is an advantage.
