Position Overview:

Hall | Stewart Lawn + Landscape is seeking an experienced Irrigation & Landscaping Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as hands-on experience in landscaping. This role requires technical expertise in irrigation systems, along with the ability to perform a variety of landscaping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Irrigation System Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems, including sprinklers, controllers, and piping.

Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system issues to ensure efficiency and water conservation.

Review project plans and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and team members for project success.

Landscaping Services: Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, sodding, mulching, and lawn care.

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, edgers, and power tools.

Maintain high-quality workmanship in all aspects of irrigation and landscaping.

Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and project progress.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in both irrigation system maintenance and landscaping.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of irrigation system design, installation, and troubleshooting, as well as general landscaping practices and safety procedures.

Skills: Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team; strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in operating irrigation and landscaping equipment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in various

weather conditions.

Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until the work schedule is completed.

Occasional Saturdays as needed due to weather-related delays.

Average of 40-45 hours per week.

Additional Requirements: Must pass a drug test and background check.
