Irrigation Repair Team Manager / Dispatcher

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You run the repair team.

You make the schedule.
You tell the techs where to go.
You make sure jobs get done right.
You keep customers happy.
You make sure the company makes money on repairs.

You are the bridge between the office and the field!

What You Do Every Day Make the Schedule

• Decide which tech goes to which job
• Make sure routes make sense (no wasted driving)
• Handle emergency calls
• Confirm appointments with customers

Manage the Repair Techs

• Make sure they show up ready
• Give them their daily job list
• Answer their questions during the day
• Make sure they are working efficiently
• Keep them accountable

Talk to Customers

• Let them know when we are coming
• Handle reschedules
• Fix problems if someone is upset
• Make sure they are happy when job is done

Bilingual is a PLUS!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
