Irrigation Senior Technician

About Us

At Rich Landscaping, we’re more than just a landscape company — we’re a team that takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces and lasting relationships. Known for our high-quality service and long-standing client partnerships, we’re also proud to be a workplace where people grow and stay. We are committed to being an employer of choice for those who value respect, reliability, and teamwork. We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

About You

We're looking for a Senior Irrigation Technician who views a complex system like a high-stakes puzzle. If you are naturally curious, thrive on troubleshooting the “un-fixable,” and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done right, you'll fit right in. You lead by example, and your teammates know they can trust you for help and solid advice. You’re an inspiring irrigation professional.

About the Role

As our Senior Irrigation Technician, you will be the lead expert responsible for the installation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of large-scale residential and commercial irrigation systems. This role goes beyond standard repairs; you will oversee complex system upgrades, manage water conservation strategies, and provide technical guidance to the field team. You are a problem-solver who ensures maximum system efficiency and client satisfaction.

This position combines strong technical irrigation skills with jobsite leadership, quality control, and organization. Irrigation Inspectors work closely with the Irrigation Manager to ensure irrigation work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

You’ll join an Irrigation Team that’s tech-savvy, supportive of each other, continually learning, hardworking, and smart. Spanish is a big plus.
