Irrigation Tech/ Landscape Warranty Tech

Kevens Landscape Co. has been serving the valley for over 36 years. We strive to do quality work and maintain good standing relations with all of our customers. We are looking to add a new member to our landscaping team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Irrigation Technician / Landscape Warranty Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems, as well as addressing landscape warranty issues to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (valves, controllers, drip systems, sprinklers)
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal system adjustments
• Identify and resolve landscape warranty issues, including plant health, drainage, hardscape issues and installation concerns
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and warranty work
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and materials used
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards

Qualifications:

• At Least 2 years of experience in irrigation systems, landscape maintenance and landscape construction preferred
• Knowledge of irrigation controllers, timers, and system components
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs or more
• Experience using a computer, sending emails etc. Company phone is provided

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with common plant materials
• Basic understanding of Irrigation, plumbing, electrical systems, etc. related to landscape
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
