Job Description

Sadeem Energy is looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our growing team for the following positions:

• Irrigation & Water Treatment Engineer
• Mechanical Engineer
• Junior Accountant

The ideal engineering candidates should have strong experience in irrigation systems, water treatment solutions, and on-site project execution. The Junior Accountant should have good knowledge of accounting processes, documentation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities – Engineering Positions

• Design, install, and maintain irrigation systems including piping, pumps, valves, and controllers.
• Design and supervise water treatment systems such as RO, filtration, softening, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities – Junior Accountant

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase records.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
• Support bank reconciliation and petty cash handling.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and company documents.
• Assist in VAT documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with management and external auditors when required.
• Support preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Irrigation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of pumps, pipelines, filtration systems, and hydraulic calculations for engineering candidates.
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office for accountant candidates.
• Ability to prepare technical and financial documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
