IS EPIC- Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst

The Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst will have a strong understanding of the core functions and processes of the billing office. They will understand the billing office’s integration with other departments in the organization and have a solid comprehension of revenue cycle management. The analyst will have an understanding of contract management, charge master along with how charges are created in the facility. This analyst will design, develop, implementation, manage, test, train, and support information systems and various applications. The analyst will demonstrate ability to review, analyze, and provide resolution or recommendations for complex issues.

High School Diploma/GED Required

Associates/Bachelor's Degree Preferred

3+ years working in a healthcare billing required
3+ Experience with claim edit work queues, remittance auto-posting, and revenue cycle optimization

EPIC Certification will be required in the time frame as determined by the Chief Information Officer.
