IS EPIC- My Chart, My Chart Bedside & Welcome Analyst

The MyChart/MyChart Bedside/Welcome Analyst will have familiarity with all modules related to patient experience. They will know legal requirements and operational policies related to patient and family privacy practices. The analyst will ensure the entire patient experience through the MyChart modules are set up to meet and/or exceed the facility goal for patient experience. This analyst will design, develop, implementation, manage, test, train, and support information systems and various applications. The analyst will demonstrate ability to review, analyze, and provide resolution or recommendations for complex issues.

High School Diplom/GED required.

Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Additional Experience Requirements

1. 3+ years working in a healthcare billing required
2. 3+ Experience with claim edit work queues, remittance auto-posting, and revenue cycle optimization
3. 3+ years of customer service experience

EPIC Certification will be required in the time frame as determined by the Chief Information Officer.
