SENIOR APPLICATION ANALYST
EPIC IMAGING (CUPID OR RADIANT)
The Epic Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Epic Imaging Applications for Community Connect sites. The Analyst works closely with healthcare providers, IT staff, and other business stakeholders by providing a customer-centric experience. Also acting as a communication hub, this position coordinates the information technology activities for their assigned areas based on user requirements.
This position is based in the Atlanta, GA area and will require monthly onsite travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build, and maintain imaging applications within Epic.

Conduct quality assurance testing for all build-related items, including unit and integrated testing as needed.

Coordinate and lead validation sessions with clinical stakeholders to ensure safe, accurate, and clinically appropriate build.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic imaging applications.

Instruct, direct, support, and provide technical guidance to other analysts, contractors, and consultants as necessary.

Stay current with Epic new version training for all applicable Epic certifications.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, departments, and the broader organization.

Participate in educational and leadership opportunities to enhance professional growth and expertise.

Lead and facilitate team and cross-functional meetings and initiatives as necessary.

Develop training material and train end users as necessary.

Design, build, and test reports to support clinical and operational initiatives.

Occasional Weekends or evenings may be required depending on project implementations.

Provide on-call coverage as scheduled.

Provide weekly status reports to organizational and iMethods leadership as directed.

Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

(Active) Epic Radiant OR Cupid Certification required.

Experience supporting most recent Epic version (NVT 2024)

Five (5) or more years of Epic Radiant OR Cupid configuration experience.

Experience with implementation of Epic EHR in a complex, multi-hospital healthcare and/or hospital setting.

Strong professional interpersonal skills in working with others
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of two (2) full life-cycle EpicCare implementations.

Proven experience supporting Epic Radiant/Cupid for Community Connect projects and sites.

Experience with EpicCare Ambulatory build and workflows.
