Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for server R&D testing: develop and review test plans, design test strategies, create test cases, and set up/maintain test environments.
2. Analyze and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, provide improvement suggestions, and drive enhancements in testing processes.
3. Summarize and perform statistical analysis on test results, track testing progress, ensure product output quality, and prevent major R&D quality incidents.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. 5+ years of testing experience, preferably in the server industry.
3. Proficient in computer/server architecture with deep understanding of server & PC hardware and underlying working principles.
4. Mastery of product testing processes, methodologies, and testing tools.
5. Programming skills (Python/Java/C++, etc.) are preferred.
6. Strong English communication skills.
