Islamiyat Teacher (Senior Section / O Levels)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Islamiyat Teacher for senior classes (Grade 6 onwards / O Levels). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum, and the ability to engage students through effective teaching methods and classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Islamiyat to senior section students (Grade 6 onwards / O Levels) according to the Cambridge curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic support where required.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Prepare students for examinations and improve academic performance.
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and academic planning sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school management regarding student progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Islamic Studies / Islamiyat or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in senior classes.
• Experience with the Cambridge curriculum is mandatory.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to handle O Level students effectively.
• Good command of English.

• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a professional school environment.
