We have an urgent requirement for ISMS Asset and Risk Consultant - ISR standard and audit experience in UAE is required for our client in Dubai, UAE.

Key Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISMS implementation or compliance activities.
• Hands on experience with asset registers and risk registers.
• Experience supporting GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) for information and cyber security.
• Working knowledge of Dubai Government ISR standards.
• ISR standard and audit experience in UAE.

The resource will support GRC initiatives by conducting workshops with internal departments and maintaining ISMS documentation. The role focuses on updating and enhancing asset registers and risk registers in line with recognized standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with internal departments to identify and validate information assets and risks.
• Update, maintain, and enhance ISMS asset registers and risk registers.
• Support governance related projects, with a focus on information and cyber security.
• Ensure ISMS documentation complies with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
• Align asset and risk management practices with Dubai Government Information Security Regulation (ISR) standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate risk identification and treatment.
• Provide guidance on governance, risk, and compliance best practices related to information security.

Required Skills And Experience

• Proven experience in governance related projects, especially building and maintaining asset registers and risk registers.
• Hands on experience with ISO/IEC 27001 implementation or compliance activities.
• Working knowledge of Dubai Government ISR standards.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in the context of information and cyber security.
• Ability to conduct effective workshops and work with cross functional teams.
