IT Admin

Job Description:

We are hiring an IT Admin to manage and support our IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will handle desktop and network support, ensure system security, and assist in tech upgrades and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Guide staff on hardware/software use.

Diagnose and resolve network and system issues.

Maintain IT inventory and surplus.

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VoIP, and video system issues.

Ensure seamless system integration and #data security.

Coordinate with vendors for technical issue resolution.

Recommend system upgrades and manage VPN access.

Support deployment of new applications and systems.

Handle tasks assigned by Head of IT Services.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.

Networking skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN).

Good grasp of cybersecurity tools and best practices.

Familiar with backup and disaster recovery.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Flexibility for after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science (BCS/MCS)

Minimum 1 year of IT support experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
