Job Title: IT Administrator

Job Location : Muvattupuzha / Perumbavoor (Methala)

Industry: Education Institute

Experience: 1+ years experience in similar roles in the Education industry is preferred

Salary: 15000-18000

Key Job Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Installing, upgrading, and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, and software across labs, offices, and libraries.
• Networking: Configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security, including web server administration if required.
• Technical Support: Providing IT support to faculty, staff, and students, including troubleshooting system errors, software issues, and hardware repairs.
• Security & Compliance: Managing firewalls, antivirus systems, and data backups, as well as enforcing IT policies and data security protocols.
• Asset Management: Tracking and managing IT inventory, licenses, and software compliance.
• Website & ERP Support: Assisting with maintenance of college websites, student management systems, or ERP systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience: 1+ yrs experience in system administration, ideally within an educational institution or similar environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of network security, Active Directory, Windows/Linux server management, and SQL databases.
