Sr Executive &ndash; HR Operations, 3+ yrs exp, Koratty, ThrissurJob Title Sr Executive &ndash; HR OperationsJob Summary We are seeking a dynamic and process-oriented Senior Executive- HR Operations with 3+ years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will support talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, engagement, compliance, and performance management while contributing to a people-centric culture and smooth HR functioning. Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes 1. Onboarding &amp; Induction: &#61623; Handle documentation, induction sessions, and system setups for new hires. &#61623; Ensure 100% compliance of onboarding checklists within 3 working days. &#61623; Maintain joining kits, ID creation, and background verification coordination 2. Employee Lifecycle Management: &#61623; Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS and personal files. &#61623; Process confirmations, transfers, separation documentation, and exit interviews. &#61623; Generate all employment-related letters. 3. Employee Engagement &amp;amp; Welfare: &#61623; Plan and execute monthly employee engagement and wellness initiatives. &#61623; Support festival celebrations, team activities, and CSR events. 4. HR Operations: &#61623; Update and maintain HRMS, leave &amp;amp; attendance, and documentation. &#61623; Handle leave management, attendance, and employee letters. &#61623; Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner 5. Performance Management: &#61623; Assist in managing goal setting, quarterly reviews, and appraisal cycles. &#61623; Track evaluation submissions and follow-ups. 6. Policy Support &amp;amp; Implementation: &#61623; Educate employees on HR policies and ensure adherence. &#61623; Maintain audit-ready records and support statutory documentation. 7. Statutory Compliance &amp;amp; Administration: &#61623; Ensure full compliance with labour laws and applicable regulations. &#61623; Independently handle ESI, EPF, LWF, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc. &#61623; Track remittances and returns submission in a timely manner to avoid penalties. &#61623; Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government departments. Key Skills &#61623; Bachelor or master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or related field. &#61623; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations. &#61623; Familiarity with HRMS tools and payroll support &#61623; Deep knowledge of labour laws and statutory regulations (ESI, PF, LWF, etc.) &#61623; Experience in statutory filing, registration, audits &amp;amp; inspections &#61623; Good communication and problem-solving ability &#61623; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills &#61623; Ability to multitask and manage deadlines &#61623; Strong MS Excel, Word &amp;amp; PowerPoint skillsLocation Thrissur, KorattyIndustry: Software / ITSalary: 25000 - 35000Interested candidates are requested to share their updated resumes to lidiya@affable.in or contact 9539450003Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
