IT Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator / IT Support professional to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on UAE experience working in 3-4 star hotel, providing IT support and managing the hotel’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to hotel staff and management
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
• Support and maintain IDS software and other hotel management software
• Handle EPABX systems and ensure smooth communication operations
• Maintain hardware and software inventory
• Ensure data security and perform regular backups
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies and standards
• Requirements
• Proven experience as an IT Support / IT Administrator in the hotel industry (3-4 star hotels)
• Knowledge of IDS (Intrusion Detection System) software
• Strong understanding of networking, including routers, switches, and wireless systems
• Experience with EPABX systems
• Immediate availability to join
