Job Title: IT Administrator (Steel Industry)

About Client

Our Client, established in 1993, is a leading supplier of long and flat steel products in Pakistan, renowned for quality, competitive pricing, and its affiliation with Pakistan Steel Mills.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure across multiple sites. The candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and configure Soft Firewalls (Kerio, Sophos XG, pfSense, etc.)

Administer and maintain Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, access controls)

Provide IT Support for hardware, software, and network issues (onsite & remote)

Perform site visits for maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting

Troubleshoot Windows OS issues (client & server)

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including NVR/DVR setups

Manage and troubleshoot network switches and routers

Implement system updates, backups, and security protocols

Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and technical incidents 

Required Qualifications:

Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Strong knowledge of Windows systems and basic networking

Experience with Active Directory & firewalls

Practical knowledge of CCTV, switches, and routers

Good communication, troubleshooting, and time-management skills

Ability to travel to company sites as required

Position Type: Full-Time

• Days: Mon to Saturday
• Timings:9:00am to 6:00pm
