Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure of the organization. Daily tasks include managing system and network administration, providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance and implementing upgrades when necessary to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and networks

·        Manage Windows/Linux servers and user accounts

·        Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

·        Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network problems

·        Maintain internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric, and IP phone systems

·        Manage data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures

·        Install and update antivirus and security patches regularly

·        Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses

·        Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls

·        Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and repairs

·        Ensure system uptime and data security compliance

·        Prepare IT reports and documentation when required

·        Backup and recovery success rate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
• 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or support
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, Windows OS, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and backup solutions
• Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and printers is preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
