Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Administrator based in Lahore. The IT Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the company’s IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support, managing network systems, and performing regular system maintenance. Key tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring optimal network performance and security, and implementing technological upgrades to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and software.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, systems, and internet connectivity.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and email configurations.
• Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus protection.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and technical support when required.
• Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with IT compliance and best practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are advantageous
