Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Administrator / IT Support professional to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of our group of companies in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, provide technical support across departments, and maintain system security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees across all departments
• Maintain and secure employee records and company data
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with IT policies
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary
• Support onboarding/offboarding by setting up user accounts and systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Familiarity with data security, backup systems, and IT best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Required)
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Experience handling IT systems in a multi-company or corporate environment
• Knowledge of servers, cloud systems, and database management is an advantage
