We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator / IT Support Professional to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of systems, providing technical support, and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, systems, and peripherals
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability of IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage operating systems, including installation, updates, and patching
- Assist in network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain IT documentation and user manuals
- Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide end-user support and training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
- Experience Level: Mid-Level
