As an IT Agile Delivery Owner Senior in our Direct Acquisition/Web Presence Platform, you’ll leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions that support the organization's business objectives. You’ll focus on maximizing business value and optimizing flow by guiding agile teams to meet their goals. You’ll ensure effective coordination within and across teams, providing transparency on delivery progress to key stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, help identify and address risks and promote collaboration and trust across teams. You’ll also support the improvement of agile methodologies, providing guidance to enhance the organization's agile capabilities as well as support the creation and refinement of user stories, promoting consistent use of clear acceptance criteria and backlog standards. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology teams to manage dependencies, remove impediments, address risks, guide prioritization, and continuously improve how work gets done. Leveraging Agile practices, you’ll help teams plan, execute, and deliver solutions that enable employees to work more effectively and advance business objectives. You’ll foster collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement while helping teams optimize workflow, address risks, and mature their agile practices in a dynamic, evolving environment.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices
• {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience gathering and facilitating requirements across multiple business domains
• Background supporting enterprise-wide upgrades and infrastructure initiatives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfort working cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (AzDo) and Agile Place for process mapping and documentation
• Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies

Compensation

• $97,650 - $108,500/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
