JOB SUMMARY:

Position: IT Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Band: M1 (3 to 5 years)

Shift Timing: Rotational (9:30 PM to 7:30 AM/ 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM)

Job Description :

• Must have experience in ITIL, Desktop support, Mac Book, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365.
• Must have experience in Service Now, ticket resolution.
• Good to have WMI scripting.
• Willing to work in rotational shift.

• O365 HANDS ON
• Analyst - networking troubleshooting, desktop support
• Understand AV troubleshooting
