About this Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer with approximately 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle of custom Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance, stability, and adherence to best practices.

Core Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning.
• Cloud Expertise: Build, maintain and deploy new functionalities across various Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Customer Portals.
• Documentation & Design: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, release notes, and user guides.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Integration & Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations and application performance.
• Data Management: Utilize tools like Data Loader for efficient manipulation and management of Salesforce records using standard CRUD operations.
• Data backup: Manage source code using standard DevOps practices and tools including VS Code, GIT, and AWS repositories.
• Platform Governance: Stay current with new Salesforce features and major release updates, performing impact analyses and recommending best practices to enhance existing implementations.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree / Master's in computer science, MIS, equivalent or higher.
• 3- 5 years of experience preferred
