Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Handle network maintenance, system updates, and documentation.
- Manage IT purchases, vendor coordination, and asset records.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and assist users promptly.
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure regular data backups.
- Analyze workflows and implement process improvements.
- Create technical support guides for internal use.
- Troubleshoot office UPS and coordinate with IT vendors.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or networking.
- Strong desktop and technical support skills.
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Up-to-date with IT trends, tools, and best practices.
Working Hours UK Shift
(Standard timings; subject to change as per business requirements)
- Holidays follow the UK calendar (Pakistani federal holidays are not observed).
- Summer: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM
- Winter: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
