Position Title: IT AND ODOO SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

We are hiring for our client- a manufacturing company in Karachi

Job Responsibilities: -Maintain and support the Odoo ERP system, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance.
-Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries, troubleshooting, and escalation
.-Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for accuracy and security.
-Coordinate with consultants for upgrades, customizations, and new module implementation.
-Conduct user training sessions and prepare simple user guides/manuals.
-Provide day-to-day IT support for employees (hardware/software/connectivity).
-Configure and set up new user accounts and workstations.
-Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, printers, and network devices.
-Provide basic network troubleshooting and escalate when required.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
-1-2 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
