About Us

Knowza Learning Solutions is a centralised support office providing operational and strategic services to multiple UK-based organisations, including Britannia Education Group, AIA Properties, and Strivex. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a responsible and organised IT and Web Developer to support daily office operations and contribute to maintaining structured and efficient workplace systems.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Graduate IT Support Officer to assist in maintaining systems, hardware, and digital platforms. The candidate should have a technical mindset and a problem-solving approach. The role requires strong technical capability, structured problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain secure, stable and scalable systems aligned with international operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining company websites and web applications.
• Write clean, structured, and well-documented code.
• Support front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Troubleshoot website issues and fix bugs.
• Assist in website testing, optimisation, and deployment.
• Maintain website security updates and backups.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for website enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (completed or final year).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with frameworks (React, WordPress, or similar) is an advantage.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow structured coding standards and documentation practices.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

• Salary: PKR 45,000 – 60,000 per month
• Office Timings: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Our hiring process includes two stages: an initial interview, followed by a second assessment of cognitive skills.
