About the Company:
Our client is a leading financial technology firm, driving innovation across digital banking, payments, and financial services. The company is seeking an experienced IT Architect to design and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions that power next-generation fintech products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust IT architectures aligned with business and regulatory requirements in the fintech domain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define technical roadmaps and solution blueprints.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Ensure architectural compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and financial regulations (e.g., CBB, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
• Lead integration strategies for APIs, microservices, and third-party fintech platforms.
• Oversee system documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical standards.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD practices, and agile delivery models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
• Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of API management, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, encryption protocols, and compliance standards relevant to financial services.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• TOGAF or similar architecture certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED39,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
