Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network issues, and user inquiries.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of network and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation updates.
  • Perform routine system monitoring, backups, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers when necessary.
  • Support IT-related projects, rollouts, and upgrades across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and best practices.
  • Travel to different company locations as required for on-site support (driving license mandatory).

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience within the UAE (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, access points, CCTV, and telephony systems (preferred).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and domain environments.
  • Basic understanding of IT security practices.
  • Experience supporting remote users and cloud-based apps.
