Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network issues, and user inquiries.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Support the setup and maintenance of network and Wi-Fi systems.
- Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation updates.
- Perform routine system monitoring, backups, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers when necessary.
- Support IT-related projects, rollouts, and upgrades across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and best practices.
- Travel to different company locations as required for on-site support (driving license mandatory).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience within the UAE (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, access points, CCTV, and telephony systems (preferred).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and domain environments.
- Basic understanding of IT security practices.
- Experience supporting remote users and cloud-based apps.
