IT Assistant

Job Summary

To handle day-to-day IT operations and to provide first level support for guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Familiar with all the systems Opera, Micros, Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, all windows client operating systems.
• Knowledge with TCP/IP
• Backup and optimizing database
• Knowledge on LAN/WAN
• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network
• Provide frontline PC and server troubleshooting
• Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting

• Sound Computer knowledge in Opera System, MICROS and MS office applications etc.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT

Experience
