Job Overview

: Operations, which handle all Information Technology (I.T.) and Facility Maintenance Opportunities.

Operations Assistant is a support staff position focused on maintaining and improving upon all information technologies and facilities at Aqua Creek Products. This position involves routine tasks, self-prioritization and scheduling, communication updates, critical thinking skills, physical labor tasks, troubleshooting of hardware and software, and repairing facility issues including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, hardware, painting, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot phones, computers, printers, and other IT infrastructure.

· Communicate information to all Aqua Creek employees.

· Pickup supplies and materials from local businesses.

· Schedule events.

· Contact vendors and procure job quotes.

· Perform basic facility maintenance.

· Perform basic vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience with basic hand and power tools.

· Prior experience with computers and basic software (i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Drive).

· Adaptability to different crises and opportunities that arise in a day.

· Ability to organize and clean workspaces.

· Lift a minimum of 45 lbs.

· Perform mild physical exertion for up to 8 hours.

· The ability to drive a forklift (will be certified on-site).

· Have a valid driver’s license.

· Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
