About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented IT Support professional to manage day-to-day technical operations and ensure seamless end-user experience across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining system efficiency, resolving technical issues, supporting onboarding, and ensuring reliable network and device performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsive, and capable of working across both on-site and remote environments while maintaining strong documentation and vendor coordination practices.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver day-to-day IT support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops) and peripherals including printers and scanners
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues (performance, login, connectivity, printing) with minimal downtime
  • Install, configure, and maintain essential software, user accounts, and email systems (Outlook/webmail access, permissions, signatures)
  • Perform routine system maintenance including OS updates, antivirus management, and preventive health checks
  • Support employee onboarding by ensuring system readiness, access provisioning, and required tool setup
  • Provide remote support to off-site users and troubleshoot network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS) including basic router, switch, and mesh network support
  • Manage IT inventory, document issues/resolutions, and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, procurement, and repairs

Who You Are

  • Minimum Graduate or Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk role
  • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office suite, and common business applications
  • Exposure to email configuration (Outlook/webmail) and user account setup
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
