IT Assistant

Solution Surface is looking for a motivated and skilled IT Assistant to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate should have basic IT support knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for systems and users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install and configure operating systems and applications
• Maintain internet and network connectivity
• Assist in system maintenance and IT inventory management
• Support employees with email and system-related issues
