The IT Department needs a person into hardware and comfortable with flexible working hours + 2 years minimum experience in the same field.
The ideal candidate will be
- User Support: the point of contact for staff tech issues (Help Desk).
- Hardware & Setup: Setting up workstations, fixing laptops, installing printers, and terminating network sockets.
- Systems & Software: Managing user accounts and installing OS/software.
- Site Maintenance: Checking CCTV, managing equipment repairs, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi/networking.
- Logistics: Gathering quotes from suppliers, picking up items when needed, and keeping our equipment inventory organized.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a direct IT Support role.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel between sites and be available for occasional after-hours support if an operational issue pops up.
