Qualification:
- BS Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Information Systems from HEC recognized University.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Support users with issues related to all digital accounts i.e., E-Office, Email, and Wi-Fi; in resolving access and setup issues.
- Systems and Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to systems and network connectivity.
- Infrastructure Support: Assist in maintaining ICT infrastructure and resolving hardware/network issues.
- Issue Tracking: Log, track, and resolve IT service tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
- User Support: Provide guidance and basic training on IT tools and systems.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with ICT and other departments to resolve user end issues.
- System Monitoring: Monitor IT systems and report potential issues proactively.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST.
